OpenOffice works on Linux, Mac (NeoOffice variant), and Windows. What is nice is that it can, generally, open Microsoft documents (.doc, .xls, .ppt). It can also save its output in MS Office format. Having said that, most times the back and forth requires "tinkering" on the receiver's end to get formatting "just so". IIRC, it does not do VBA macros. http://www.openoffice.org -- John McKown Senior Systems Programmer HealthMarkets Keeping the Promise of Affordable Coverage Administrative Services Group Information Technology The information contained in this e-mail message may be privileged and/or confidential.
