I agree.  I was pointing out the fact that I was taking the lazy approach
instead of doing something about.  I thank you again for taking the time

On my system it has disabled itself:

"SYSPLEX(NO) is there by virtue of default.  Yes, that check is disabled
on monoplex systems and deleted (by HC) on sysplex systems without file 
sharing enabled.   The recommendation of 10 is only applicable to 
sysplex sharing, so it is appropriate for the check to be disabled or
deleted in non-sharing environments.
