In the days I used to work with NetView - also the days I used to work with TSO - I vaguely remember this sort of thing could happen when the partitioned data set went into a new extent when the Clist member was added. The quick fix, which generally worked when the Clist was being updated rather than being added, was to compress the partitioned data set.

I just added a member to PDS on SYSEXEC concatenation. Unfortunately I
can't use 'TSO membername' command.
I get IKJ56500I COMMAND membername NOT FOUND.

Any clue ?
