I have been trying to download this level and cannot. I get to the site, choose the FTP option, and, agree to the terms and conditions box. I then get "Not Found" from "IBM_HTTP_Server/6.0.2.13 Apache/2.0.47 (Unix) Server at ftp.software.ibm.com Port 21.
I contacted my colleague who supports our firewalls and he received the same error.
