Lot's of GA is underdeveloped. But parts rank with anyplace around in development. Go more than 50 mi from ATL core (but not north -- halfbacks there) and you will find resources for less than you can in either us coast. That area also contains one of the largest mainframe datacenters in the us.
btw a halfback is a person from northern us who retired to FL and found it (pick all that apply) too hot, too humid, too dry, too wet, too crowded, (add favorite complaint/prejudice here). They move 1/2 way back home -- W NC, N GA, E TN, etc. We also have pgmr center in ID.
