The new ETA is 2pm EST (yes, Eastern Standard Time). That's 4.5 hours after
the 0930 they promised us this morning. I tried to tell them that they
should be saying Eastern Daylight instead of Eastern Standard Time, but they
don't understand that in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Calcutta, or wherever
the heck in India the IBMLink Help Desk is.
What a joke. Maybe IBM should outsource IBMLink so we can get one that
works.
