Problem resolved, everyone. I wasted a day because I had inadvertantly specified the ASID's in decimal instead of their hex values. That's why the SLIP was marked inactive, because load module DSNXGRDS, specified in the PVTMOD parameter, was nowhere to be found in those wrong address spaces.
