We've been told that for presentations and publications, "IBM System z" is
the name for the complete family of processors  that includes the "IBM
System z9" product line and the "IBM eServer zSeries" product line.  

Note that "System z" is a trademark, as is "System z9", and "IBM eServer". 
"zSeries" is a registered trademark.

So for your purposes, unless you're speaking about a particular processor I
would suggest "IBM System z".
