IBMLink is down for the second time today and not a good day for this nonsense as the software gods have been very angry the last week. I can't tell you the grief that has been suffered this week because of the time change being moved a week, updates to systems either not being applied or were not available for this law change, etc. So I'm wondering if IBM has also fallen victim -- and is this yet another Hidden Cost of Operations?
