Billing is not by address space, it is by MSU's by products by 4-hour moving average. So, if you have a product that is only using a few percentage points of a processor, but the LPAR is using 50%, then you will be charged for that 50%. We had a product that ran under CICS (9-5), but our 4-hour moving average was in the middle of the production batch window (CICS was down). We paid for the capacity consumed in that window.
