FSVO "works". Can something be said to be "working" if it contains the
possibility of a security breach or system outage? Just asking.

IOW - if I write code with no input validation, is that "working" code?
Is it "working" if the code abends or give incorrect results if
presented with invalid input? No to my way of thinking.
