There isn't one, unfortunately. IBM only promises compatibility for N, N+1, N+2, N+3. Where N is 1.4 and N+3 is 1.7. There are control blocks, catalogues and other things that change too drastically. Plus, in this case, a lot of JES2 exits change in 1.7.
