Maybe I can fix a full MVS dump, do You really ask for that ?  ;)
The cobol programs as such do definitely not issue any (non-compiler generated) 
SVC's.
Maybe the Debug Tool (IBM) inserts some SVC/code.

Did You note that we are experimenting with DLL's in ordinary PDS's ?
(Not illegal as such but...)
