I always check ALL the requisite PTFs when I order PTFs electronically
via IBMLINK...and I NEVER get them.
Does anyone know the secret????
Use ShopzSeries or SMP/E Internet Service Retrieval instead. Both of
these methods use an inventory file (aka bitmap) that identifies your
current PTF inventory and therefore is able to supply you with ALL of
the requisite PTFs you need, never fail. No need to specify a current
service level.
