Note that the Alternate REXX Library download is not SMP/E-installable.
It seems the only way to get the Alternate REXX library as
SMP/E-installable is to order a product (e.g., Netview) that includes it
in its packaging. I just went thru this for Rational Developer for
System z; the RDz packaging (FMID HHOP710) does NOT include it even
though RDz requires it.
