I submitted a requirement to put the '/' for turning off delete

VSAM, only for PS and PO datasets. The option should be there now if you're
current (surely STK is running z/OS V1R9?).

We're in production at 1.7; we have 1.9 on a lab system. I tried it.
I see no such option on the main DSLIST panel, ISRUDLP, only the old
"/ Confirm Data Set Delete", and when I turn that off, I still get
the VSAM options dialog, ISRUVPC9 for each VSAM data set deleted.
But perhaps I'm the victim of a local mod.

An additional quirk I've long noticed: unless I turn off Confirm in
ISRUDLP and turn it off only in the first "ISRUADC1 Confirm Delete"
I still get the ISRUVPC9 followed by a ISRUVCON (that's two of
them) for every following VSAM data set. Is there any way to turn
off ISRUVPC9?

Gil,

Open a PMR, that's a bug. You should not be getting VSAM delete confirmations if delete confirmations are turned off, or if you turn them off after the first VSAM file. I've tested this, it works on my system.
