Or did you type in 3490 in the Keywords search box and click Go? I got: End of service: Machine Type 3490, selected models announcement letter 907-503 dated 03-27-2007 as the second entry in the resulting list. It says that model is discontinued from maintenance beginning June 30, 2007. Hope this helps.
