I just found out something that might be of interest to the folks here. If the IBMLink server in Boulder, CO, is down they attempt to switch to a server in another location. Most of the time this is in Poughkeepsie. However, it might be to a server across the Big Pond in England. The reason this might be of interest is that if your company is blocking access to web sites outside the U.S. then that might be one reason that IBMLink appears down to you and not other users. My network folks are in a discussion with IBM to get the IP addresses so they can unblock access as a valid business site. If this affects you, you might want to do the same.
