I have been told that EMC has packaged as a separate product (purchase) is something called "Comm PAV/M" which enables the usage of z/OS Parallel Access Volumes on its EMC DASD. Is anyone using it on their systems paying for it. Back when we evaluated and late purchased the DASD, it was implied to be standard equipment coming with the DMX1000.
