Arial is basically the same font as IBM's Sonoran Sans Serif. But the kind of stuff you need is the question. I would do some Googling on terms like AFP, Arial, Sonoran, Infoprint. But first, I would start with the doc for your ExStream product. That must surely explain how to print Arial-like fonts on your mainframe-attached printer.
