And that is my fault for allowing it to happen.

I'll try to pay more attention to postings to this list to make sure they
are on topic.

If someone posts an item that is off-topic, I will set them to NOPOST
until they contact me off-list for a wrist-slap. To be fair, I'll have to
apply this rule to everyone, regardless of who you are and how long you've
been on the list, etc.

Apparently, some people on this list just have to get the last word in,
especially when it comes to the origins of the English language or the
weather at SHARE, etc.

I'm on other lists that are WAY more strict than we are on IBM-MAIN.

We've been too lax for too long.
