This feels uncomfortably like WAD.  However, as I wrote earlier,
I'd welcome as an enhancement better reporting, such as:

    GIMxxxxxI ICSF UNAVAILABLE; DEFAULTING TO Java SUPPORT FOR SHA-1.

(This could appear in SMPRPT, not SMPOUT.  At present there's
no way to tell from output whether SMP/E used ICSF or Java --
I believe the latter leaves no track in SYSPRINT.)  And:

    GIMyyyyyW SHA-1 SUPPORT MODULE [name] UNAVAILABLE in
              [dddef/ddname] SMPJHOME.
