Yes. Today is significantly faster than yesterday, with an average
response time of around 25 seconds per page in the Bookmanager-format
manuals (RACF and Comm Server bookshelves for me). Still "painfully
slow" compared to former response times that seldom exceeded 5 seconds
or so.
I received an offlist note from an IBMer yesterday who said that the
folks in Boulder would look into it.
