Which CICS release are you referring to? i just checked all of the fixes for CICS TS 2.2 and 3.1 and did not find any that had to be put on for z/os 1.9 although there were a number of hyper fixes unrelated to z/os 1.9 that will be applied. of course there are always new LE RDO groups (SYS1.CEE.SCEESAMP(CEECCSD)) and SOCKETS (SYS1.TCPIP.SEZAINST(ECZCICCT)) that have to either replace or be merged with the existing groups.
