I've heard it said that he wants to replace as many Windows servers (Intel) with AIX servers (pSeries) as possible. Well, it's a start. I've also heard that he would prefer that the main AIX sysadmins be the z/OS people (us'ns) and not the current MCSEs. But that's just rumor.
