We would get this message periodically when the system was pegged at 100%
CPU and I was running a large SMPE apply. SMPE uses some PDSE datasets.
We learned to ignore the message because as you say we issued the
suggested command and it did not indicate any problems.

Now that we have a z9 with 35% more CPU capacity we do not encounter the
PDSE message.

Subject
Mysterious PDSE errors

I run nightly builds using PDSE source datasets, object datasets and list
datasets. In SYSLOG, I get the text below. Notice also that in this
particular case, I issued the "recommended" command, and I get no useful
results. I also get nothing whatsoever in any of the batch jobs as far as
error/warning/informational messages.

Any suggestions? Should I simply turn off monitoring?
