I like this USB pen drive idea. Put the Share Logo and Year on it and preload it with the agenda and as many of the PDFs, Powerpoints as possible before the meeting and make the remainder available from a website running in the exhibition hall (Apache under linux under z/VM on a z10?). I will gladly accept the burden of downloading agenda changes and additional presentations each night/morning.
