Since I've supported logging onto multiple LPARs with the same userid (same mas or different mas in same plex) forever anyone can just logon to "the other system" to use the device panels or look at syslog or output. In the case of "syslog", I have had OPERLOG in place also for years so that lets someone view the log of another system in the plex that does not share the spool.
