Serenity: plunk the reason code (00D3003B) into LookAt (http://www.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/zos/bkserv/lookat/lookat.h tml) and it'll tell you that DB2 canned the thread because of "IDLE THREAD TIMEOUT".
