Sam, in your ETR, did IBM give you any documentation request to figure out what the problem might be? Given that Europe fortunately changes the time later, we can check for that, but as far as I am concerned, I would like to present the documentation to find the problem. Otherwise it's a me-too situation that *I* wouldn't open an ETR for - it will be closed without any result, which I find frustrating.
