Hi, We just received our new HDS USP V box and were planning to divide into 2 partitions, so we can use 2 x 8 PPRC paths to our current USP box which will became PPRC secondary (that or partition the secondary), but we just learned that since both partitions on the box share the box serial number, we can do only 8 PPRC paths in total, partition or not.
That was very disappointing for us and we are looking for ways to increase the number of PPRC paths. Do anyone know any way (HDS or non-HDS) to increase the number of PPRC paths between two boxes (besides adding one more box and by the way our PPRC Fiber ports are all 4 Gbps) ?
