OPEN will merge some fields from your DD back to the DSCB. That's often
useful, but sometimes somebody changes something that they shouldn't have.

You can change secondary; the system does not record the primary size.
Note that your first extent may be smaller than the primary size, and that
there is no way to tell how many extents the system initially allocated to
satisfy the primary requirement.
