Not sure if this helps what you need, but Vista 3270 has a TSO program that allows you to send commands to the emulator to run macros, IND$FILE and other stuff.

Currently use FTP in an ISPF application to an FTP Server, FileZilla, on the desktop. Data gets where its supposed to go, and in the correct format. Does anyone know if there is any way to tell Windows to run a script from MVS? Either as part of the FTP session, or some other method? I would like to be able to transfer the data and update the database on the desktop without user intervention on the Windows side. --Dave Day ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
