Sheesh!  The list appears linked as image/gif.  They could at least
have embedded the SELECT argument as text so customers could copy and
paste it into the SMP/E control statements with less risk of typos.

Yah, I know; the list arrived in paper on someone's desk and he
elected to let the customer make his own typos.  I hope no one was
so terminal-challenged as to have no way to move a list from
one window to another other than as an image.
