Hi all,

We are considering giving a try to the QUIESCE/RESTART commands. I have
found in the archives this thread that answers some of the questions we are
asking ourselves, but there are some left ...

I would like to know about the effect of QUIESCE and RESTART on the GRS ring.
Our target environment would be a BASIC SYSPLEX with three images (let us
name them A, B, C) in a GRS ring. After QUIESCEing image C, what will
happen to the ring? I would say that it will it get DISRUPTED and,
eventually, rebuilt between images A and B. Am I right? And if so, what will
be the ring status after RESTARTing C.

TIA,

Rafa.
