Had a similar problem, but not with SMS. Had the GRSRNL out of sync. And
the people here (I had left) stood around trying to figure out what the
messages meant and what to do. They waited so long that GRS decided that
everybody had died, so it died as well, taking z/OS along for the ride
in the hearse.
