I've seen this on very rare occaisions, when a VIO user requested inordinate
amounts of space and tried to use it all.

I thought VIO kept only the current track in memory.
Also, with SMS, you can 'manage' VIO.

The track in memory isn't a problem; it's all the tracks that are paged
out. When I had the problem, it was before the days of SMS.
