You would want to PAGEDEL before using TDMF to swap the volume to another device address.

PAGEADD is MORE my cuppa tea. :-) Actually I'm wondering if this sort of thing biases one towards PERMANENT provisioning of paging space rather than "just in time". So one would keep a lot of spare space online just for e.g. the "big dump" case.
