Does anyone know of MS Project or Excel templates for doing a general z/OS upgrade project? I'm particularly interested in time estimates for different tasks. I've looked through the relevant doc and found something close in the Installation Planning Guide. I know I can use the worksheets in the appendix but I'd rather not re-invent the wheel if something already exists. I Googled it but didn't come up with much other than services that would do the upgrade for you. TIA. Have a great weekend.
