We have a dataset that has a single (integer) key followed by a big block of binary data. We want access to this data via a DB/2 enabled program, using a SELECT statement.
My question is this: Do we need to actually CREATE TABLE and load our data into the DB/2 internal formats, or can we just ask DB/2 to read the KSDS directly as a "two-field table"? (IMS allows this, for example.) Thanks!
