-Usually start with ===>LISTC ent('hlq') all
to see where the associations are
-Then ===>LISTC ENT('UCAT') all
to see the associations have a home
-Probably a batch DIAGNOSE against the VOLUME and UCAT
-ADRDSSU against the VVDS then Find on DSN and see where
it thinks the associations are.
-If there's a match and not multivolume should be able to RECAT
-If there's mismatch the Managing Catalogs suggests using parm
of CAT('MCAT_Name') to bypass the check on the DELETE.
