You may create a software pmr and ask the support to do a CR HW ( they
normally know what it is . It is Call Requeue to HW queues ) That is
what i normally do .
Here in Europe , there is a group called SYSAID in ELSSG Montpellier(HW)
, they normally handle this sort of bugs to hardware PE .
And here in Poland you pray about which CE will come to you. It can be
newbie or experienced "complete disaster" man. Been there. I'm still there.
BTW: Few years ago I submitted some HMC/SE sofware error related to
OSA-ICC, and - wow! - it was processed. After a few weeks (or months)
we've got the fix. No, it wasn't critical error ...because we still have
3174's <vbg>
