You can examine the DSCB in the DCB exit, which has the additional advantage that you can examine ALL DSCBs in that exit for ALL of the data sets in a concatenation. This is very much simpler than chasing SWA blocks to find all of the DSNAMEs and then doing an OBTAIN for each.
