Is it just me, or is our favorite reporting tool having problems?

I signed on, got to ETRs, attempted to update one, and now everything I
do says

 Bad Request                                                        
                                                                    
 Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. 
 Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.               
                                                                    

The irony: I was updating a ticket about access problems with IBMLink...

Which is why I had to do the update with the VM/3270 based system (which
still works, and works, and works....)
