VERIFICATION STEPS: ------------------ z/os 1.9 (HJE7740) and higher Doc used to diagnose the problem: - sdsf trace with TR 00000020 - slip set in ISFRRJOB after trace point 10 to dump the tso userid 1. -SDSF ISFRRJOB trace point 9 & 10 shows the call and return times for ssi processing. -In the dump, systrace shows many storage obtain/releases from $DOGCAT (HASCSRIC) during this time frame. The looping is from code at ESTBLJQE in HASCSISC. -Many jobs are awaiting execution in the same service class.
