Subject: Overiding DFHSM Parms In ARCCMD9 - SECONDARYSPMGMTCYCLE PARM

I am trying to overide the SECONDARYSPMGTCYCLE to NYYYYYY by issuing the
command:
HSEND SETSYS DEFINE SECONDARYSPMGMTCYCLE(NYYYYYU CYCLESTARTDATE(1988/02/28)
I am receiving a parse error -
ARC1001I (CONT.) COMMAND FAILED, RC=0005, REAS=0004

I cannot find my error. Can anybody please correct my mistake. Below is the
present parm in ARCCMD9.

DAYS(006) -
DEFINE SECONDARYSPMGMTCYCLE(YYYYYYN CYCLESTARTDATE(1988/02/28)

Thanks in advnce.
