RECFM=UA doesn't support spanned records so LRECL > BLKSIZE is an error.
You need to specify the correct DCB information on your input.
Aside from that, do you want to keep the control character in your output
or to discard it?

Why not run the program with the output allocated to a QSAM data set on
DASD?
