are you using the SOAP support pack CA1M? if not, how do you get soap to work in cics ts 2.2 - we either had to use support pack CA1M or HCAV100. In either case, if the definitions were installed correctly in cics ts 3.2, SOAP should work the same. You might be overlaying something with the native SOAP support.
