I am issuing a BPX1MPC call in assembler and am getting a return value
(2nd parameter) of X'FFFFFFFF', a return code (3rd parameter) of
X'0000009D', and a reason code (4th parameter) of X'0B72013F'. I found
what I think are return codes when the return value is X'FFFFFFFF' at
z/OS V1R9.0 UNIX System Services Messages and Codes: 3.0
