Not sure, but you can post any way you want. How it is displayed is up
to the receiving email engine as well as intervening stops (such as IBM
MAIN). 

That said, a throw down Yahoo or Gamil account should work just fine.
Web based is best as it is less likely to be blocked by the productivity
police.
